Hyatt House Davis Hotel

i stayed here 2 nights and loved it. my room was well-maintained, had smoke detectors for safety measures. a bath in the private bathroom was a plus.

The hotel is modern and gorgeous and nestled in a nice building. The staff are very amiable, giving their best to make the stay a perfectly pleasant experience. It has nice location in the city center and there's private parking. The place to have lunch a 10-15 minute walk from the venue is Huku Japanese Bistro: D

The pool area was enjoyable, but the bathroom lacked privacy due to the sliding door.

The location was great! Also the staff was super friendly and helpful.

We encountered issues with hot water, leaving us frustrated. Noise from the highway disturbed our rest.

The shower had a leak, and the toilet made a noisy running sound intermittently, annoying during the night. There were noticeable cleanliness issues, like hair on the bathroom floor and toilet upon arrival. The lack of instructions regarding check-out and TV usage in the room seemed like a missed opportunity for better guest experience. I also encountered issues with the blackout curtains, which didn't fully block out the light. Noise from the nearby freeway was disruptive at times.

Loved the clean, modern room and the comfy bed. The convenient kitchenette was a bonus for family stays.

The spacious layout, and the kitchenette was super handy for late-night snacks. The high-pressure shower was a good touch, giving me a refreshing start to the day!

It was a proper fit for a walk in evening in Davis with very nice value for money. The room was clean, but we found hair in the bathroom.
